ShopByCards is an independent comparison site for Filipino cards and bank accounts. We score products on what actually matters to everyday Filipinos: keeping accounts free, easy access from your phone, and clear, current fee information.

Our methodology

Every score is out of 10 across five factors: maintaining balance (30%), fees (25%), interest (20%), ease of opening (15%), and access (10%). We re-check rates and requirements every month and stamp the date on every page.

How we’re funded

ShopByCards is reader-supported. Some outbound links are referral links that may pay us a commission when you open an account, at no extra cost to you. Referral fees never change a product’s score or position. Read more on the homepage trust panel and in each article’s methodology box.
